Orders and delivery
When will my order ship?
Each piece is made at the workshop and ships within 7 days. You receive tracking by email.
How much is delivery?
Free in France. For other countries, the cost is shown in the bag for the country you choose, before payment.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to 34 countries: most of Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), Canada, the United States, Japan, China and Australia.
Can I collect my order at the workshop?
Yes, free of charge, in Paris 6th. Choose “Pickup at the workshop” in the bag. We email you when your order is ready to arrange a time, along with the exact address.
What are the Christmas dates?
For delivery in France before Christmas, order by 10 December. Workshop pickup is available until 23 December.
The product
What is the difference between the two sizes?
It is the same neighbourhood. The 14 × 14 cm enlarges it 1.4 times, which makes streets and courtyards easier to read. Both are 5 cm deep.
Can it hang on a wall?
Yes. The frame stands on furniture or hangs on the wall.
How do I care for it?
A soft brush or a puff of air removes dust. Avoid water and direct heat: PLA softens above about 55 °C, for example behind a window in full summer sun.
Do you make custom neighbourhoods?
Not yet. Vote for the neighbourhood you would like: votes decide the next models.
Returns and payment
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
My piece arrived damaged.
Email us with a photo in the days after delivery: we will sort it out, with a replacement or a refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled by Stripe: card, Apple Pay and other methods depending on your device and country.
