My name is Edouard. I am an engineer, and I founded Atelier Saint-Sulpice to make objects in the image of Paris: understated, precise, made to last.
Everything is designed and made in the 6th arrondissement, a few steps from Place Saint-Sulpice and its fountain, which gave the workshop its name.

In small batches
Each piece is printed, checked and framed at the workshop, in small quantities. No idle stock: we produce as orders come in, which is why we ship within a week.
Materials
The relief is printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic made from corn starch, chosen for its precision and matte finish. The frame is black-painted wood.

Modelling
The neighbourhood is modelled in 3D at the workshop, then adjusted to stay legible at this scale: street widths, landmark heights, the outline of the Seine.

Printing
The relief is printed in matte ivory PLA, a plant-based plastic made from corn starch. A 10 × 10 takes about 3.5 hours to print.

Framing
The relief is set in a black-painted wooden frame, checked by hand, then packed and shipped from the workshop in the 6th.
Fabriqué à Paris finalist
In 2026 the collection was a finalist of the Fabriqué à Paris Label, run by the City of Paris, in the Innovation category: 4th out of 575 entries.
